Email-rules: emails should be composed in a truthful and respectful manner, non-explicit and extremely polite.

-a brief bio,
-your physical description,
-age (and specify years (if any) previous experience that you may have had as a sub)
-your interests (ensure you have read the Sessions page prior)
-include your requested date, time and duration.
